Since we are a very small business, we will pay for your shipping to most US states. (special shipping rates may include Hawaii and Alaska)
We do ship internationally as well and will search for the best options. Keep this in mind when thinking about returns from outside the US.
We however cannot pay for returns. Returns will be the responsibility of the buyer. We can exchange or give you a full refund. Please place the item in the box supplied and take to your preferred shipping resource. Additional insurance is advised if not covered by standard shipping. As soon as we receive the return (in its original condition-new) we will process your refund. Refunds will be processed ASAP but the refund amount may take time to process on your credit card. We will keep in contact with you regarding the status of your return. And once again please fill free to ask questions before purchasing or for a more detailed explanation of our return process.
